Sponsors and Volunteers

While concert ticket sales cover a portion of the expenses, Music at Kohl Mansion strongly depends on the generosity of a variety of donors to make its programs work. Foundations, grants and individual donors are essential, particularly for our musical education programs in light of decreasing government and local school funding. Over 50 individual volunteers handle many of the tasks for the school programs, the concerts and the receptions. We would like to express our appreciation to this extended community that makes Music at Kohl Mansion what it is.

Music at Kohl Mansion is presented in cooperation with, and on the campus of, Mercy High School, Burlingame.

All piano concerts are sponsored in part by the Ross McKee Foundation.

Family concerts are supported by the Burlingame Community for Education Foundation.

Concerts are also made possible by funds from the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, the California Arts Council, the Y & H Soda Foundation, and the generous donations of local business and individual patrons.
